What this means for
your practice
You don't train them.
They arrive knowing Practice Management Software, understanding EPC compliance, and speaking the language of allied health. You orient them to your specific practice — we handle the rest.
They pass before they start.
Every module has a formal assessment. Privacy requires a 90% pass rate. Practical demonstrations on live systems. If they're not ready, they don't get placed.
They stay current without you chasing it.
Medicare changes? Software updates? New compliance requirements? Our weekly training programme handles it. You'll never be the one explaining a Practice Management Software update.
Allied Admin Certification
Sequential progression — each module must be passed before the next unlocks. ~106,000 words of content across 21 training files.

Most offshore providers tell you their people are trained. We show you exactly what that means — 56–59 hours of assessed curriculum, weekly ongoing development, and a team member who knows when Medicare requirements change before you do.
